Starting in 2011/2012, company was amongst the first global booking platforms for serviced apartments. The company is incorporated in Denmark with operations being run through a subsidiary in Bulgaria.

Focus has been on building a strong value proposition anchored in consistently and sustainably
high customer service levels from initial customer and client interaction through the actual stay.

In 2011 the property market was not technically ready to deliver the company service levels with an end-to-end automated reservation and booking confirmation service. In order to control the company value proposition, while at the same time position company to be a dominating global player in the service apartments market, the phase 1 business objectives of company have been:

1. Direct sales to large, international corporations with a focus on Bulgaria and Denmark.
2. Launch of a user friendly internet site with relevant presentations of properties, which
would enable customers to send requests/inquiries.
3. Manual handling of all customer inquiries to ensure reliable confirmation and service
delivery.
4. Building a solid, global portfolio of premium properties that would meet the value
proposition.

Since company went live in 2012, it has to date delivered on all the objectives above with significant annual growth rates from the initiation in 2013 and with more than 25.000 room nights’ inquiries from corporate clients with an average of 60 nights per booking.

Company services more than 120

Private customers and corporate clients:
corporations, including: Shell, VM ware, Siemens, H&M, Vodafone, IBM, Ericsson & Maersk. In order to grow its global property inventory, in late 2012 company decided to make its serviced apartments bed bank available in the leisure segment through Airbnb, Windu, HouseTrip etc. The

purpose of this was two fold: 1. to establish loyalty and communication with the property
managers and 2. to grow revenue through accessing high capital injections to the market player.

This in itself generated a demand of almost 60,000 leisure related accommodations in 2013 and
2014 with an average of 3.6 room nights per.

Though the focus has been on Bulgaria and Denmark, company has in total provided stays for
corporate clients and private customers in more than 55 countries.

As of now, company has agreements with approximately 200 leading, global property owners with providing access to >1,500 premium properties and >55.000 serviced apartments. company offers accommodation in more than 70 countries and 600 destinations.

company has built a strong brand with a positive reputation, demonstrated by numerous positive customer reviews, rewards and recognitions. This has been accomplished with no direct marketing activities and with a very small team. It has established unique goodwill and word-of-mouth of company amongst customers from large corporations and online travel agencies. For instance, company has received requests for quotations from companies like IBM, Apple, Ericsson, BASF for more than 450.000 room nights.

company has brought in this demand in a short period of time. With the strength of a new fully automated operational platform, company will be able to convert these requests into actual bookings.

With its solid global presence and its brand recognition, company now is set to tap the demand
generated through:

1. adding the last link in the end-to-end automated booking engine, including APIs with all
property managers,

2. supplementing online sales with with key account service agreement with major
corporations, and

3. organisational scaling.

In addition to access to an exponentially growing market for serviced apartments, Scompany offers an opportunity to leverage the corporate collaborations with offerings of holiday arrangements to employees of the corporate accounts.

As the primary focus of the owner and initiator, CEO, is entrepreneurship and start-ups, he is interested in finding a buyer, who wants to take company through this next step. The ideal buyer would be entrepreneurs with marketing and sales background that can take the brand forward to the scaling. CEO is willing to make himself available as advisor for up to 12 months to ensure a safe transfer.
